With what's going on right now, it feels like it's the end of the world. From closing down restaurants to going into survival mode and hoarding every food you can find at King Soopers like you won't ever be able to leave your house again, there has been so much negativity lately. And with schools, shops, and restaurants closing down, it feels like some of us have to spend spring break under quarantine right now to keep from getting sick. Since there is no school and we can’t go out to visit friends, my sister and I have been very bored and very lonely lately. This seems like a stressful and difficult time to be alive right now, but there are ways to go about this situation positively. I got this idea from @Justin's story, Corona. Like he says in his story, instead of hoarding all the toilet paper, you can give some of it to those who need it and using this situation as a way to support one another. And there are ways to make being under quarantine fun, like using it to spend time with your siblings and family; for example, hosting a Family Game Night. Comment below something you did or will do to make this negative and stressful time a little more positive and fun.

I think one of the things that helps me the most is to schedule when I'm going to sleep. Making myself go to bed by 11pm at the latest and get up by 8am is really hard, but I'm so much happier and more awake when I do it!
