You are loved

I was on out on a run this afternoon and I found this piece of paper laying in the middle of the trail. I don't know the story behind it but I thought it was such a sweet reminder of something so important--that we are all loved. It gave me an idea to paint rocks with encouraging words on them and leave them in places where people can just happen upon them and bring a smile to their faces.
