If you are reading this and think this is about a two faced person (or the Batman villain) I can tell you it isn't. In this day and age there is a lot of digital interaction between people. What ever happened to talking with one another face to face? You need "two faces" to talk and have a conversation. I encourage you all to talk with someone in the same room and not on a phone. Play a video game or watch a movie together on the same couch. I think you will enjoy it.

Also, keep sharing this message, Justin. So many of us need to hear it!
Yes Justin! I need to spend more time with people one-on-one without technology. Since we've had to spend some much time away from people, I am becoming more and more thankful for my time with friends. I spent the afternoon with my friend Alyson last week and by the end of the afternoon, I was less anxious and more positive. It's so important to have good people in your life!
I love this! It also reminded me how important it is to put away my phone when I am having a conversation with someone. I want to be fully present with that person and not be distracted by texts, emails, social, etc. All of that other stuff can wait.
Justin, you make a great point! It is so easy to use technology 24/7 and forget about the rest of the world!
Huh. This is very interesting to think about. I never thought about technology that way. That is very true. It's different to be talking to someone in person rather than through a screen. And you can even talk to someone at the same table; I love meeting up with my friends at restaurants and coffee shops. Especially now that every restaurant is gradually opening back up. There are lots of ways you can talk to another person that don't require technology. Thanks for the suggestion! Also, I love the pop culture reference!
