In my biopsychology class this week, we talked about how our body is kind of an extension of our subconscious. If we pay attention, it can often tell us what we need to do to take care of ourselves. Wat is your favorite way to take care of your mental health by caring for your body? I like to dance to music and drink water!

I love to run on trail! There is something about getting away from the city and being alone on trail.
Aw I love this! As odd as it sounds, I love strengthening and stretching my muscles. It always makes me feel better and honestly my favorite part of dance class is conditioning. Abs and arms are my favorite haha. Thanks Laura!
That's really interesting. I like to go for long drives. Whenever I feel stressed or upset, I like to just get in my car and drive; the loop I take is usually an hour long. Something about driving my car and listening to music just helps me relax.

I love this, Laura, and I so agree! I have been going on walks every afternoon this week. Sunlight, fresh air, and light exercise have been great for my mental health.
