The point of this challenge is to set a goal to avoid talking about the Corona Virus, quarantine, etc. for a certain amount of time. For example, don’t talk about the virus for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or more. This pandemic can make people feel super gloomy and negative, and just talking about it with others can cause us to feel frustrated and depressed. I challenge you to try to avoid talking about it with your friends. "Just see what happens! If you want, include your families and encourage them to join in!" Who knows? You may feel happier, more optimistic, and more confident.

Fun idea! I'm going on a short trip up to the mountains this week and I am going to try and not bring up anything about COVID.
That's an awesome alternative to this challenge! I like that!
I love the idea, honestly! I think I'll just be more mindful of it in the future, I'm not sure if I'll set rigid goals for myself but I will try to make sure I provide other things to talk about with my family and sensitive friends.
This is great! I read this post earlier today and then went out with a few friends for dinner in the park. There were several times when I wanted to mention COVID but stopped myself. It was a good exercise in redirecting my thoughts toward something positive.
I've kinda been doing this the entirety of quarantine. I stopped watching the news cause it's been so depressing and haven't really been on any social media unless my friends have something to show me and honestly its been nice.
Thanks so much for talking about this challenge!! I am camping this weekend, and here isn’t hat I’ll do! Whenever the coronavirus comes up, I’ll try to input a little about how COVID has presented the opportunity for good things!
I love this!! I’m also challenging myself to watch less news... because it only focuses on the negative things and sometimes I can forget how much positive stuff is always going on around us...
I'm gonna try to go a whole week, maybe even longer, but you can do however long you would like.
